First aid is the first and immediate assistance given to any wounded military personnel with either a minor or serious illness or injury with care provided to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening, or to promote recovery until wounded arrives to medical services. First aid is generally performed by a trained soldier with basic medical or first response training.
In battlefield, there are many situations that may require first aid, and many countries have legislation, regulation, or guidance, which specifies a minimum level of first aid provision in certain circumstances. In this context it has upmost importance to have well trained soldiers in small units to conduct first aid for emergency situations in battlefield where time is so important to assess the surrounding areas, move the wounded to a safe terrain and perform suitable first aid depending on the injury suffered by the casualty.
This course aims to train the recruits for learning the Implementation of the ABC of First Aid and also the Assessment of the Wounded Personnel and CPR in a conflict and how to evade the wounded to a safe territory.
