Military training is a process which intends to establish and improve the capabilities of military personnel in their respective roles. It begins with recruit training, proceeds to education and training specific to military roles, and sometimes includes additional training during a military career. The primary and initial form of military training, recruit training, makes use of various conditioning techniques to resocialize trainees into a military system, to ensure that they will obey all orders without hesitation, and to teach basic military skills. Resocialization as a sociological concept involves the process of mentally and emotionally "retraining" individuals so that they can operate in a new environment; it promotes changes to an individual's attitudes and behaviors. The drill instructor has the task of making the traniees fit for military use.
In order to reach an excellent level to preparedness for battlefield, a recruit must firstly obtain the basic capability to reach a higher level. Recent improvements has proven that even though the technology helps a soldier to perform the assigned duty, it is impossible to endure without a though psychology under harsh conditions. Because when the body gets exhausted and exposed to lack of food and water, then the ability to think correctly for a decision becomes much more difficult. In this context, this course intends;
Enhancing the physical capacity to cope with harsh conditions
Specializing for the weapon systems to react quickly,
Understanding the importance of Leadership,
Terrain awareness to evaluate the survival conditions and finally
Advanced Shooting technics to defeat the enemy.
